Nice surprise session today. Working on the laptop all morning but noticed a breeze outside at lunchtime plus it had come out sunny. Forecast was for increasing wind later so went down on the off chance. Arrived 3pm and saw two kites parked on the beach... Not a good sign. But rigged a 12m kite in the hope of more wind later in the afternoon. Breeze strengthened as I inflated the kite and spent an hour cruising around with Blashito and Spooker (complete with new kite). Then it filled in even more - fully powered much of the time. Warm and sunny too - really glad to make the most of such a rare occurrence these days. Happy days.
